Ingredients
 1/4 fennel (bulb + stems + fronds) (65g)
 4 big stalks kale (with stems removed for a smoother consistency) (30g)
 1/4" piece ginger, peeled (4g)
 juice of 2 lemons
 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 ¼ cup cold water or plant milk
 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (70g)
 1 large frozen banana, sliced
 large handfull ice (40g)
 1-2 scoops protein powder (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a blender (doing this in the order the ingredients are listed is a good rule of thumb to promote easier blending) and blend until smooth. Top with granola, seeds, nuts, or toasted coconut flakes as desired.
